To renew your Panda Mobile prepaid SIM card, sign in to your account and check your next payment date, the amount due, and your line status. You can renew in advance or subscribe to AutoPay to help prevent interruptions from missed payments. If a charge fails, review your emailed invoice and account status before trying again.
Check Your Plan Term and Account Status Before Renewal
Panda Mobile prepaid plans can be purchased for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. A multi-month plan is paid for in one upfront transaction, so you do not need to pay separately each month. Before renewal, check how many months your current payment covers, your next payment date, and whether your line is active.
Sign in to your Panda Mobile account, select your existing US phone number, and review its plan term, next expiration date, line status, and invoice history. These details help you confirm which line needs payment and whether the latest renewal has been recorded.
If you received a promotional rate when you first signed up, your next renewal amount may differ from the initial payment. Your account bill shows the applicable amount. For help understanding the available plan types, see our prepaid phone plan buying guide.
Panda Mobile Prepaid Plan Renewal Process
You can renew your existing Panda Mobile number without replacing its physical SIM or eSIM. Follow the steps below to check your invoice, renew your plan, and confirm that service continues.
Step 1 — Review your renewal notice. Check the US number, payment date, and amount due in your email or text notice, then compare them with the invoice in your account.
Step 2 — Sign in to your account. Select the US number you want to renew, review the billing period and current line status, and open the related invoice. If you manage several numbers, review each one separately.
Step 3 — Renew and choose your payment method. Select Renew in Advance for your line to enter new payment details and complete payment whenever you need to renew early. You do not need to contact customer support just to use a different bank card.
Step 4 — Confirm renewal. Check the invoice sent to your email, refresh your account page to see the updated expiration date and line status, and test calls, regular SMS, and mobile data. If a duplicate charge appears, contact Panda Mobile support with the payment records.

After a successful renewal, you can generally keep using your existing US phone number and physical SIM or eSIM without replacing the card. Mobile data, domestic US calls, and text messages continue under the benefits of your selected plan for the new service period. Features such as Wi-Fi Calling, international calls, and international texts depend on what your current plan includes.

AutoPay for Scheduled Renewals
Subscribe to AutoPay in your Panda Mobile account to have eligible renewals charged automatically to your saved payment method. This reduces the risk of missed payments while you are traveling or busy.
Keep the card information up to date, and check your emailed invoice and line status after each scheduled renewal. Automatic payment works only when the charge succeeds.
Payment Failures, Service Recovery, and Number Retention
If a prepaid payment is overdue, your line may become suspended. Sign in to review the invoice and current status, then complete the outstanding renewal promptly to avoid a service interruption.
Suspended lines can be restored through your account while the number remains in its retention period.
Payment Failed but the Line Still Works
Check whether your bank card has expired or the available balance is sufficient, then open the invoice in your Panda Mobile account. After paying, review the emailed invoice and refresh the page to see the updated expiration date and line status. Contact support if you find a duplicate charge. You can also read our phone plan billing traps to avoid.
Restoring a Suspended Line
If your line shows Suspended, connect to Wi-Fi, sign in to your Panda Mobile account, and select Restore Line. Follow the account prompts to restore the line and complete any required renewal payment. A line marked Deactivated is different: once the original number has been reclaimed, it cannot be restored. You can reactivate service and receive a new US number at no charge.
Managing Data, Plan Upgrades, and Temporary Pauses
Buy More Data or Upgrade Your Plan
Unlimited Plus includes 30GB of high-speed US data and Unlimited includes 15GB; after those allowances are used, data remains available at reduced speeds under the plan terms. Starter includes 6GB and Lite includes 3GB. If you need more data, you can purchase an additional data package or use Change Plan to upgrade. You can upgrade before the current billing period ends by paying the price difference shown in your account; review the updated benefits and payment amount before confirming.
Suspend a Line and Restore It Within 90 Days
If you will not need your US number for a while, sign in to your Panda Mobile account and select Suspend Line for the line you want to pause. Your number is retained for 90 days. To use the same number again, select Restore Line and follow the renewal instructions before that period ends. If you do not restore it within 90 days, the number is automatically reclaimed. Service may be reactivated with a newly assigned number at no charge, but the previous number will not be returned.
Standard Renewal Amounts for Regular Plans
The total upfront prices for Panda Mobile’s four standard plans across 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-month terms already include the regular multi-month discounts.
Existing customers may also find account-specific renewal offers by selecting Renew in Advance or Change Plan. Eligible offers may advertise savings of up to $180 per year; the discount and applicable terms depend on the offer shown in your account.

These reference prices are based on the September 2026 standard plan price information. Taxes, separate promo codes, and limited-time offers are not included.
For example, the Unlimited plan costs $378 for 12 months, or an average of $31.50 per month. Purchasing the same plan one month at a time at $35 would total $420 over 12 months. The difference is $42, excluding taxes and other discounts. Multi-month plans reduce the average monthly cost, but the full amount is paid upfront.
Before renewing, compare the bill with the number of months covered, whether your original promotion still applies, any automatic renewal settings, and the final amount due. For annual budgeting, you can also review the real 12-month phone plan cost.
Frequently Asked Questions
If my prepaid plan has expired but my phone still shows signal, can I receive texts?
A signal indicator does not necessarily mean your number is still active. Check the line status in your Panda Mobile account, then test whether you can receive a regular text and an incoming call. If you have renewed but still cannot receive texts, share your number details and payment record with our support team for troubleshooting.
How do I update my Panda Mobile payment method after replacing my bank card?
Sign in to your Panda Mobile account, select your line, and click Renew in Advance. You can enter a new payment method when completing the renewal. Check the emailed invoice and refreshed line expiration date afterward.
Do I need a new physical SIM or eSIM when changing plans?
No. Changing a Panda Mobile plan normally keeps your existing physical SIM or eSIM and US number. Use Change Plan in your account to review the available plans, any price difference for an upgrade, and when the change will take effect before confirming.
