If you wish to keep your existing number, our system allows you to seamlessly transfer it to our service. On the other hand, if you prefer a new number, you will have the option to receive a new one.
We understand that circumstances may change, and if you need to cancel or stop your service, the process is simple. Navigate to our customer portal by clicking on the “Sign In” tab on our website. Once logged in, navigate to “Manage Subscription,” within there, you will find all your account information and the option to deactivate or cancel your service.
Updating your payment information is a simple process. Start by clicking on “Log In” at the top of the homepage and entering your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard and find the “Manage Subscription” option. In your account portal, locate the “Payment Method” section. Here, you can choose to update your existing information or add a new card. If updating, enter the new details; if adding a new card, provide the required information.
