At Panda Mobile, we have the largest 5G network in the US for our valued customers. Our coverage area ensures that you can access our services conveniently. Here’s how you can check our coverage: 

1. Coverage Map Locator: On the homepage, navigate to the Coverage Map section. You’ll find an interactive map that displays our network coverage. Simply enter your address or location to see if you fall within our service area. The map will highlight the regions where you can expect strong signal strength and seamless connectivity. 
2. Color-Coded Representation: Our coverage map uses color codes to indicate signal strength. Zoom in on specific locations for detailed information on the type of coverage in that area. 
3. Customer Support: If you have doubts or need assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team. 

Currently, Panda Mobile only supports e-SIM (embedded SIM). In the future, we are looking to expand into offering physical SIM as well. Let’s explore what e-SIM is:

• E-SIM (Embedded SIM): An eSIM is a SIM card that’s built into your smartphone and cannot be removed. Unlike traditional SIM cards, it’s programmable and physically connected (soldered) to your smartphone.
• Activation: Instead of waiting for a new physical SIM card, you can activate an e-SIM directly on your phone when you scan our QR code. 
• Configuration: Your phone’s settings allow you to configure the eSIM, switch between lines, manage accounts, and even support multiple accounts if you’re a dual-SIM user.

Certainly! As an active user, you have the flexibility to either port in your current number or receive a new one. If you wish to keep your existing number, our system allows you to seamlessly transfer it to our service. On the other hand, if you prefer a new number, you will have the option to receive a new one. 

We understand that circumstances may change, and if you need to cancel or stop your service, the process is simple. Navigate to our customer portal by clicking on the “Sign In” tab on our website. Once logged in, navigate to “Manage Subscription,” within there, you will find all your account information and the option to deactivate or cancel your service. 

Updating your payment information is a simple process. Start by clicking on “Log In” at the top of the homepage and entering your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard and find the “Manage Subscription” option. In your account portal, locate the “Payment Method” section. Here, you can choose to update your existing information or add a new card. If updating, enter the new details; if adding a new card, provide the required information.  

Porting in your phone number is a hassle-free process. If you would like to keep your current phone number, you will have the option to port in your number after signing up. To do so, you will need your account number and pin information from your previous carrier.  

Currently, our service does not support direct international calls. However, there are alternative ways to make international calls using Wi-Fi calling or through popular apps like WhatsApp, Skype, Viber, and FaceTime. These applications leverage internet connectivity to enable seamless communication across borders. Feel free to explore these options to stay connected globally.
