If you wish to keep your existing number, our system allows you to seamlessly transfer it to our service. On the other hand, if you prefer a new number, you will have the option to receive a new one.
How do I stop my service?
We understand that circumstances may change, and if you need to cancel or stop your service, the process is simple. Navigate to our customer portal by clicking on the “Sign In” tab on our website. Once logged in, navigate to “Manage Subscription,” within there, you will find all your account information and the option to deactivate or cancel your service.
How can I update my payment information?

Porting in your phone number is a hassle-free process. If you would like to keep your current phone number, you will have the option to port in your number after signing up. To do so, you will need your account number and pin information from your previous carrier.
Am I able to make calls to those who are not in the US?
Currently, our service does not support direct international calls. However, there are alternative ways to make international calls using Wi-Fi calling or through popular apps like WhatsApp, Skype, Viber, and FaceTime.
