Panda Mobile 2026 Flash Sale

These special terms and conditions apply solely to the Panda Mobile 2026 Flash Sale ("2026 Flash Sale"). Panda Mobile is a d/b/a of Moxee Technologies, LLC ("Panda Mobile").

Promotion Period

The 2026 Flash Sale is a limited-time promotion and is valid from May 4, 2026, through October 1st 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Panda Mobile may, in its sole discretion, may elect to shorten, terminate or extend the 2026 Flash Sale at any time.

Eligibility

The 2026 Flash Sale promotion is only available to new customers of Panda Mobile and may not be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated. Such new customers must be at least 18 years of age or at the age of majority in your state of residence. Existing customers or customers who have terminated or had their Panda Mobile service terminated in the past six (6) months are not eligible for the 2026 Flash Sale. New customers must activate a Promotional Plan during the Promotion Period. Upon activation, the fees for the Promotional Plan are immediately due to Panda Mobile, such fees are not refundable and by activating a Promotional Plan, customers agree to all terms of the 2026 Flash Sale as well as Panda Mobile's Terms and Policies (as defined below).

How it Works

New customers of Panda Mobile must choose a Promotional Plan. The services and allowances provided under each Promotional Plan are set forth below. After the Promotion Period, each Promotional Plan will automatically convert into a standard Panda Mobile plan (as specified below), and customers will be automatically billed for such standard plan.

Promotional Plans

The 2026 Flash Sale consists of three (3) plans from which new customers must choose one (1):

PLAN A

Unlimited Plus Promotional Plan

Promotional price: $49 for the first 3 months
Includes: 35GB high-speed data per month
After the initial 3-month period, the plan will automatically renew at the standard rate of $45/month, with the applicable data allowance of 30 GB of high speed data per month under the Panda Mobile Unlimited Plus plan
PLAN B

Unlimited Promotional Plan

Promotional price: $39 for the first 3 months
Includes: 20GB high-speed data per month
After this initial 3-month period, the plan will automatically renew at the standard rate of $35/month, with the applicable data allowance of 15 GB at high speed data per month under the Panda Mobile Unlimited plan

The Promotional Plans above are subject to, and expressly conditioned upon customers agreeing to, Panda Mobile's standard Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Broadband Internet Disclosure policy ("Terms and Policies"). Such Terms and Policies can be found here: [insert link]. The Promotional Plans are not transferable by customer.

Auto-Renewal & Billing

Unless canceled prior to the end of the promotional period, all automatically renew at the applicable standard monthly rate plans will to their corresponding standard Panda Mobile plan.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file. Failure to maintain valid payment may result in service interruption, service cancellation and/or additional fees.

Data Usage

"High-speed data" refers to the monthly data allotment included in each plan. Once the high-speed data limit is reached, data speeds may be reduced for the remainder of the billing cycle per the Terms and Policies.

OnePool™ Feature

The OnePool™ feature allows eligible plan data to be used in both the United States and China. Availability, performance, and coverage may vary depending on network conditions, location, and device compatibility. See the Terms and Policies for details and eligibility.

Modifications

Panda Mobile reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
