On October 6, 2025, Panda Mobile General Manager Luis Fiallo and the marketing and operations team visited the Crossroads Community Center, joining hands with the nonprofit organization Transcend United to host a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration for local Chinese seniors. The event, held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., featured festive performances, charity sales, and raffle activities, bringing a warm and joyful holiday experience to the community.
At the event, the Panda Mobile team engaged warmly with the senior participants, offering carefully prepared gifts and providing helpful information on mobile plan options, international calling, and network usage for newcomers to the U.S. Many attendees shared that they had long relied on Chinese domestic SIM cards or temporary communication services and were not familiar with local phone plans. This event not only helped them gain practical insights but also allowed them to experience Panda Mobile’s care and companionship firsthand.
The collaboration demonstrated Panda Mobile’s strong sense of corporate social responsibility and commitment to community engagement. As a telecommunications brand serving the overseas Chinese community, Panda Mobile strives to stay close to its users—listening to their needs, supporting them through real actions, and giving back to society. By integrating business growth with community building, the company aims to create lasting connections that extend beyond technology.
Looking ahead, Panda Mobile will continue to strengthen partnerships with community organizations and charitable groups, ensuring that technology and warmth go hand in hand—turning every connection into a bridge of trust and understanding.
